Roger Hodgson DVD
Just received the new DVD of his concert in Montreal, and sadly, it
doesn’t work. Two stand alone and one computer DVD player choked and
died on it...apparently they crammed too much stuff on it.
Like thousands of other fans, I’m waiting for the fix.

When will the madness end?

This is why the terrorists will win.
Is this what our brightest minds are working on?

Steyn Down Under
A summary lecture from the great one, touching his familiar themes of depopulation of Western Europe and the great war of our future civilization.
None of these pillars of what we used to regard as conventional society is quite as sturdy as it was, and most of them have collapsed.

Is daycare good for babies?
Not if the stress and aggression studies are anything to go by, says an Australian author.
Read some more common sense here.
lgf: British Air Passengers Mutiny
This story gives me hope, especially after watching bits of Flight 93 on A&E last night.
Mutiny on Flight 613. (Hat tip: LGF readers.)
British holidaymakers staged an unprecedented mutiny - refusing to allow their flight to take off until two men they feared were terrorists were forcibly removed.
If anything, it’s time we adopted some American-style skepticism about our government. We’ll all be safer.

I Wasn’t Aborted
An interesting anti-abortion article from someone who should know - a Russian.
If Ms. readers hadn’t had so many abortions, there might be more Ms. readers. As for the rest of us, here’s a petition we could all sign: “I wasn’t aborted.”
Having narrowly escaped being aborted, I’d be the first in line.
Caledonia and Terrorism in Canada
If this is true, well, it’s depressing the lawlessness that is occuring under Dalton M.
I will speak to you of things that I have direct knowledge on, things I have seen with my own eyes and things that I can provide you with accurate and multi person corroborated. These are not embellished and for the most part have been unreported in the media, they have been reported to the OPP however even as a police officer I do not believe in their willingness or capability to investigate and apprehend those responsible.

Styx DVD
Just finished watching Dennis Deyoung - The Symphonic Rock Music Of Styx, and have to tell you this is one of the best produced concert DVDs out there. The energy coming from DDY is amazing, and his voice has never sounded better.
Go get this DVD if you have any interest in Styx music.

Women are from Mars
Two stories, one here and one here, that will make sense to the average married man.
It is a common complaint for many couples. However amorous they may have been in the first few years of the relationship, after a while the passion fizzles out.
To the sensitive young woman who has had the benefits of proper upbringing, the wedding day is, ironically, both the happiest and most terrifying day of her life.
No bull from Britain
We need more people speaking out
like this.

Killing his son ‘an act of love’
This is one story I don’t understand at all.
A Toronto man who killed his son in a London hotel room has broken a two-year silence in the hope he can help families afflicted by mental illness to avoid similar tragedies.
Mental illness is either a great cover or a never-to-be-understood sickness. How can anyone get inside a brain and prove otherwise?

Canadians of convenience
Mark on those who are Canadians by passport only. So much for the oath to the Queen.
