YCJA revealed

A column on the new YOA, which really isn’t much better than the old one.

There’s also, lest we forget, the Grits’ shameful handling of crime victims and young offenders. Specifically, their long-researched and frighteningly flawed Youth Criminal Justice Act, which took effect nearly a year ago, on April Fool’s Day.

Kill the YCJA
